&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 256px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2224/1966617447_9cf07f8b78_o.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;Gâteau aux pommes et à la mousse de marrons&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pâte:&lt;br /&gt;150g de compote de pomme &lt;p align="left"&gt;1 oeuf&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;42g de sucre&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;100g de crème liquide entière&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;35g d'huile&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;1 pincée de sel&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;1 c.c de cannelle en poudre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;100 g de farine tamisée&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;5g de levure chimique&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;1 pomme coupé en petite cubes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;20g de beurre pour le moule&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Préparation pour la pâte:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1.Préchauffer le four à 170°C.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;2.Mélanger l'oeuf avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;3.Ajouter à cette préparation la crème liquide, l'huile, le sel, et la cannelle en poudre,mélanger.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;4.Incorporer la levure et la farine tamisée peu à peu jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte lisse&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;5.Ajouter la compote de pommes et la pomme,et bien mélanger.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;6.Verser cette pâte dans un moule beurré-fariné.Passez au four pendant 40 min, puis laisser refroidir. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Garniture:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;100g de crème de marrons sucrée&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;140 g de marrons entiers (grossièrement émiettés)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;100ml de crème liquide&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;200ml de crème liquide (pour la crème chantilly)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;3 feuilles de gélatine&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;1 yaourt nature (125g)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;20g de sucre glacé (pour la crème chantilly)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Préparation pour garniture:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1.Mettre les feuilles de gélatine à ramollir dans de l'eau froide.Dans une casserole, faites bouillir ensemble la crème de marrons et 100ml de crème liquide.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;2.Essorer les feuilles de gélatine ,les ajouter au mélange précédent, remuer avec une cuillère en bois.Oter du feu.Laisser refroidir. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;3.Monter la crème liquide en chantilly avec le sucre glace, l'incorporer délicatement au mélange précédent avec une marise.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;4.Puis incorporer le yaourt et les marrons.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;5.Etalez uniformément cette preparation sur toute la surface du gâteau.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;6.Mettre au moins 4 heures au réfrigérateur .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Au moment de servir, décorer le dessus avec quelques marrons glacés et la crème de marrons.&lt;br /&gt;Servir froid... Rétirez du feu, puis ajoutez les amandes, les abricots, les cerises, les écorces confites et la farine. Marabout&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span &gt;pour 20 pièces&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;60g raisins secs&lt;br /&gt;80ml de rhum brun&lt;br /&gt;200g de choco noir&lt;br /&gt;60g de beurre doux&lt;br /&gt;125g de sucre en poudre&lt;br /&gt;250ml de creme fraîche épaisse&lt;br /&gt;125g de farine&lt;br /&gt;3 oeufs battus&lt;br /&gt;cacao en P.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Préchauffez le four à 180°C. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Graissez légèrement un moule à génoise et chemisez le fond de papier sulfurisé en le laissant dépasser sue deux côtés opposés.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mélangez les raisins secs et le rhum. Cassez le chochlat en morceaux et mettez-le avec le beurre coupé en dés dans un récipient résistant à la chaleur. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Faites fondre au bain-marie, en remuant régulièrement, puis incorporez le sucre en poudre et la crème.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tamisez la farine dans un récipient. Ajoutez le mélange rhum-raisins et le chocolat fondu, puis les oeufs. Mélangez. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Versez cet appareil dans le moule et lissez la surface. MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/481/2146/400/crackers%20aux%20epinards11.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#999900;"&gt;Ingrédient :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;120g beurre ramolli&lt;br /&gt;½ c.c de sel&lt;br /&gt;½ c.c de bicarbonate&lt;br /&gt;1 œuf&lt;br /&gt;300g de farine tamisée&lt;br /&gt;100g d'epinards surgelés&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#999900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Préparation :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Battre le beurre en crème ; ajouter l’œuf, le sel et le bicarbonate, mélanger.&lt;br /&gt;2. Incorporer les épinards surgelés au 1er mélange&lt;br /&gt;3. Ajouter peu à peu la farine en mélangeant . Pétrisser jusqu'à obtention d'un pâte lisse,&lt;br /&gt;4. Envelopper cette pâte et laisser-la reposer 1h au frais.&lt;br /&gt;5. Préchauffer le four à 180°C&lt;br /&gt;6. Abaisser la pâte sur une surface légèrement fariné, et piquer -la avec une fourchette.&lt;br /&gt;7. Graissez légèrement un moule et chemisez le fond de papier sulfurisé en le laissant déborder sur les grands côtés.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Travaillez le beurre et le sucre jusqu'à obtention d'un mélange léger. Découpez en pavés. Cuire env 15 mn.Laissez refroidir avant de servir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffcc66;"&gt;Variant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Avant de découper la pâte en pavé, rouler 1 boudin de la crème de sésame dans la pâte，puis aplatiez les.&lt;br /&gt;Découpez la pâte en petits ronds.
